The laws relating to kosher foods are intricate and detailed, which is why Crystal Plaza Group takes every step and precaution to create an authentic kosher food experience. We provide rabbi kosher catering supervision for our Alpine Glatt Catering services.

The doors to our kosher kitchen do not open before our rabbis arrive on premises. Our glatt kosher kitchen is under the orthodox supervision of Rabbi Yakov Teichman of the Vaad Harabonim of MetroWest, New Jersey.

What’s more, Crystal Plaza Group has a mashgiach on property who works with the kitchen staff as the onsite supervisor and inspector to deem what is or is not acceptably kosher. With years of education and experience, our mashgiach checks the source of all ingredients and the system by which the integrity of both ingredients and equipment is monitored and maintained.

Crystal Plaza Group is the only kosher-approved caterer with a venue in Northern New Jersey.
