Covid-19 Update

To our Guests and our Community,

At Crystal Plaza Group, our actions have always been guided by the core values of hospitality, family and responsibility. This has been our ethos at our establishment, and it remains so in these challenging times. In our 104-year history, this is, without a doubt, the most challenging period any of us have encountered as business leaders.

As such, Crystal Plaza Group has implemented rigorous procedures  to mitigate the spread of the Covid-19 Virus within our events. Some of these procedures include socially distanced indoor seating arrangements, gloved and masked staff, health checks for all employees, thorough pre-event sanitation and erecting a 5,000 square outdoor ballroom (tent) to host events.
